Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our team first. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Get in touch with us immediately and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Personal care items (e.g. skincare, grooming tools)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (unless faulty – please contact us for assistance)


Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item as per the process above

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures minimal delays and guarantees stock availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
